BrockwayCAT is the first replication of the highly successful Manchester Bidwell Corporation in a rural environment. Our primary focus is to provide people an opportunity for success. Brockway Center for Arts and Technology, BrockwayCAT, is a 501(c) 3 organization established to provide job training to unemployed and underemployed adults and to inspire youth through the arts. BrockwayCAT is an affiliate of National Center for Arts & Technology (NCAT). This is the first rural initiative by Manchester Bidwell.
