Our Focus

BrockwayCAT is the first replication of the highly successful Manchester Bidwell Corporation in a rural environment. Our primary focus is to provide people an opportunity for success. Brockway Center for Arts and Technology, BrockwayCAT, is a 501(c) 3 organization established to provide job training to unemployed and underemployed adults and to inspire youth through the arts.   BrockwayCAT is an affiliate of National Center for Arts & Technology (NCAT). This is the first rural initiative by Manchester Bidwell.

  • High School students wanting to explore art-based opportunities

  • After school Youth & Arts program

  • Resident Artist program and art gallery

How much does this program cost?
  • Contrary to what you may think, there is no cost to the student.

BrockwayCAT's mission is to provide opportunities for youth and adults to explore, discover and transform by providing educational and career advancement programs, after-school arts programs, and a beautiful, welcoming environment.
